Meet Pat, Our Senior Vice President of Recruitment! 

We’re excited to welcome Pat to the Prime Time Healthcare team, where he now leads our recruitment efforts with over 22 years of experience in healthcare staffing!

Pat is known for his people-first leadership style and deep commitment to creating exceptional experiences for both his internal team and the traveling healthcare professionals they support. He believes that strong relationships and teamwork are the driving forces behind long-term success—and that belief is woven into everything he does.

Over the years, Pat has helped shape high-performing recruitment teams, build lasting client partnerships, and mentor new leaders in the industry. He brings a unique blend of strategic insight and authentic connection to the table—something that aligns perfectly with the culture and mission of Prime Time.

Pat earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Midland University and also gives back to his local community by serving on the Board of Directors at Christ Lutheran Church in Louisville, Nebraska.
