Job Description

Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partnership Director (SPD) to join our growing Business Development team.

Job Summary

This role is focused on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities by leveraging Prime Workforce Solutions to expand our presence in the Direct and MSP market across various service lines. The SPD will report directly to the Director of Workforce Solutions and will play a key role in driving revenue growth—without direct management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business opportunities.
  • Develop a strategic pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
  • Engage in proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to establish and nurture client partnerships.

Sales & Market Strategy

  • Effectively articulate Prime Time Healthcare’s staffing solutions and competitive advantages in the market.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored workforce solutions that address staffing challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with market trends and client demands.

Industry Engagement & Brand Representation

  • Represent Prime Time Healthcare at industry conferences, trade shows, and client site visits to enhance market presence.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and workforce challenges to provide strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Internal Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with internal sales and client service teams to share market intelligence and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.

Skills

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in business development, sales, or healthcare staffing is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
