The Data Analyst will transform data into insights that drive business decisions.
This role is essential for streamlining operations and identifying trends in recruiting, placements, compliance, and marketing.
- Analyze internal data for trends and performance insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports
- Support departments with ad hoc reporting
- Collaborate with the engineering team on data collection and warehousing
- Identify anomalies and inconsistencies in data
- Present findings to stakeholders and leadership
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Strong storytelling and visualization skills
- Data cleaning and transformation techniques
