As a Business Relationship Executive (BRE), you will play a critical role in expanding our partnerships with healthcare facilities, ensuring they have access to top-tier healthcare professionals.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of clients in Nursing, Allied Healthcare, and Therapy
  • Engage with key-decision makers to understand their workforce challenges and position our services as the best solution available
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with responsiveness and exceptional services

Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive revenue by securing new contracts and expanding existing partnerships
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
  • Strategically assess market trends and facility needs to align our services with Client demands

Client Satisfaction & Problem Solving

  • Proactively manage client relationships through consistent communication
  • Resolve issues swiftly, acting as a trusted partner in delivering workforce solutions
  • Ensure a seamless process from contract proposal to staffing fulfillment
